"Five stars!! Cody Pools was nothing short of a paradise to work with! They were prompt to respond to our initial inquiry and come out to our home to view our project. Touring the design center and seeing the project come to life on their computer systems really helped our family imagine what would look best! Jason and the team were a pleasure to work with once construction started. They were there every step of the way to answer questions. What really blew us away with Cody Pools was that even after we were enjoying our new pool, Jason was still just as helpful. He was responsive to calls and texts and has even given us advise on winterizing the pool. Jason really made our first experience with pool ownership a special one. "PART 2 We met best project manager I have ever worked with, Jason Rasco. Came & discussed schedule & said expect to hear from him daily when project started. He said they would take care of ALL approvals, permits, etc., (they did). We were told with COVID & Gunite shortage, beginning project would be 1-3 months away. Knowing that, they would NOT start dig, until they could dig, rebar, & Gunite in several days. That's important, & other pool companies said they'd dig, & it could be a month before rebar or Gunite. Jason managed project better than any other product manager I have ever worked with, touching base daily, & visiting a ton. Any questions or concerns during construction were met with a visit most times! Jason was excellent, and one of main reasons for this (unpaid) review. Since completion, Jason has continued follow-up, even did Pool School Part 2, & would not accept payment for answering questions a month after completion. He has proactively reached out monthly to check in & discuss different things we were going through (leaves, Prep for Winter, Freeze). Jason is wonderful , and amount of follow-up is excellent! It is exemplary act by a class person & company. Construction went fantastically, only a few glitches (gas line got hit in dig, we knew it was possible). On schedule, a few rain delays. Went from Mar 7 to May 27, aside from a 3-month interval to start, it went quickly. I would so highly recommend Cody Pools to anyone, & while they are not cheapest, they are best. I have had over one hundred people look over results, many are pool owners, & construction people by trade, all have complimented workmanship. We have had over a dozen people who do not know us stop & ask to see it. I remain a huge fan & invite anyone who wants to see it over for live reference, with or without Cody. Good Pool school when they turned on pool was SO comprehensive. I ran commercial pools as a lifeguard, but never owned one at home. Fantastic, & completely included. Jason Rasco especially has been so proactive After completion. One small warranty item, in a return did not seem to be putting water in pool. Entered warranty claim & it was fixed in two days. It turned out it was plumbed in pool perfectly, just not connected. I called Jason to ask him to have a "Pool school part two" about a month into pool. Had questions & offered to pay guy who came out originally. Jason has been in pools forever & offered to come out after work & spend as much time as needed. Bad Pools are expensive & take a lot of time to get started. Get a start date, & a completion time from that date, & expect completion time to push if start date pushes. Start date is frequently way out (We signed late October 2021 & dug March 6th). Woodland’s approval can take 1-2 months, not because it is difficult, or because they deny things, but sometimes you must go through RDRC AND design committee, whose meetings are inevitably a month apart. Cody did all that work, and by time we finished, we got a fence variance pushed through on our back side after pool was complete with extraordinarily little effort. Woodlands’ employees are excellent to work with, especially Chase Dowling, who helped us through steps. Ugly Digging out your entire backyard is going to destroy your back yard, from existing sprinklers, landscape, & anything frankly within 13' or so of pool. Accept it & plan for it. We knew it & had to replace sprinklers, landscape lighting, nearby landscaping. IT is part of process, & part of digging a giant hole where there used to be yard. Building a pool is a messy project, lots of boxes, dirt, Gunite, iron, & trash. I wish I had another cleanup added to project. At times stuff sat an unacceptably long time (days), & sometimes was outside fence. I called Jason, he offered to remove stuff on his time with own truck. Nobody works as clean as I do in my own yard. That would be my only feedback to them."

"I am finally writing my review of this AMAZING pool company! Cody Pools of Spring installed our amazing pool and hot tub and it is more than we could have ever imagined. It is literally a backyard oasis and has changed our entire life. Not only do we have a beautiful, relaxing place to enjoy every day, but friends and family and neighbors are over all the time, which is exactly what we wanted. Corey designed our pool and collaborated with us to get exactly what we wanted at the price point that worked for us. Reed Goetz was the most phenomenal project manager and was always willing and able to take my texts and phone calls, and stayed on top of each and every contractor. The timeline for getting this pool in, from start to finish, was very reasonable. We designed the pool in August 2021, the ground was broken in a December 2021, and the pool was started up and ready to swim by April! With all the supply chain issues going on, Cody Pools is on the ball and there really were no delays. The pictures will speak volumes. We got an amazing 14,000 gallon pool, hot tub, with decking and fire and water bowls. You can’t forget the amazing color changing lights, lounging deck, and water features. The Pentair in floor cleaning system makes maintenance a breeze. All I can say is Cody Pools made this process so easy, and whenever I had any questions or concerns, they allayed my fears. The way they so seamlessly work with the city to get permits is top notch, too! If you are looking to get a pool built, look no further than Cody Pools. Do not try to find the cheapest pool builder.
