At an event like this, when you’re walking up to an EMPTY table you would expect to be greeted by the salesperson and I can do without the small talk but that’s always a plus as well. I didn’t get more than two words from her just asked for my email & phone number for the receipt - that was it….I love ks and have supported for many years, but the customer service was horrible."
