"Not overly impressed with our order. The bouquet didn’t look too much like that one advertised on the website (which I see they have now removed). It was quite small. We paid extra for the “premium” upgrade but I have to say, this was a pretty standard size bouquet of flowers. I definitely felt that the flowers were overpriced in comparison to what was received. Customer service was acceptable. All they had on hand were clear vases and we wanted white which was a little disappointing. Delivery was timely but expensive for a place three minutes down the road."
