I went here...it was like a completely different environment. The employees go above and beyond and are so kind."

"Just want to say how Friendly the employees were. From the moment we walked and we were greeted And they walked us to where we needed to go. And a special thanks to Deborah Who worked the kids workshop today for being so kind and patient with my toddler. And a huge Thank you for helping her when u saw me having a 2nd baby with me. "This is a great big box hardware store with appliances and some home decor. The staff has the hometown friendliness that is common in Granbury. And it is not uncommon to leave the store by being blessed. I was looking specifically for DeWalt sunglasses which I have only found at Lowe's. And they were reasonably stocked with these. Other times when I've been in. I have found exactly what I needed with little difficulty even though it is a big box store. The store seems to be adequately staffed, although other stores seem short-handed and everybody has hiring signs up. Once again let me say the staff is hometown friendly and always a pleasure to shop there."

"BLUF- Don’t waste your time if ordering appliances. 1. Melissa in appliances is great. She weathered the storm with us through 3 deliveries- KUDOS 2. Whoever the F they use for contract delivery is horrible. We ordered a fridge, a washer, and a dryer with pedestals. The fridge was dented/scratched , the first dryer and pedestal was dented and pedestal crushed, and the second dryer pedestal reordered was dented in delivery. When they came back with the new dryer and pedestal, they said we didn’t order the steam package accessory parts (which we did and they were zip-tied to the washer hoses that were delivered week prior). They left without hooking up our dryer clothes washer and dryer as they believed that we did not that have that part but failed to notice it already on the washer water lines. 3. We called Lowe’s and never got an answer this afternoon so we drove there and talked with Brandi and Melissa. Were told the delivery guys would come back same day. NO SHOW. I called Melissa at 6:50 pm and was told they will be here first thing in AM. Zero confidence at this point. One damaged fridge, 2 damaged pedestals, and one damaged dryer= lost customer for life. 4. Just to add to the debacle; the delivery guy shocked himself by plugging in the 3-prong dryer to see if it would fit yet it wasn’t attached to the dryer. Yes, that happened by him touching the wires at the end of the unconnected power cord ground wire. Never asked me to flip the breaker to turn off the power. Just heard a scream, breaker blew, and ruined our personally-owned power cord we have for our type wall connection. Bye Lowe’s. Just bought a dishwasher online from Home Depot."

"i would like to tell you all that The Lowes in Granbury are really amazing people. I have lived at the Cresson Pods now for almost 3 years and even though i rent i love to garden and just do stuff in my small little piece of yard. I have spent well over $2K in the past 2.5 years at lowes for my little rented house and every time i go there i find the Lowes people are very helpful with my amateur gardening skills and many questions. Even though i rent my house, working on my yard keeps me Level from all the craziness that goes on in our daily lives. So when you go to Lowes, just keep in mind they are people too and be patient. The sad part about all this is that the property Manager is putting pressure on me to take it all down...i might have to move. Ugh......... I dont want to give up on my garden. Anyhoo thank you Lowes UPDATE 5.30.21 YAY , the management and i came to an agreement and the garden and beautification of my rental gets to stay and so do I !!!!!"
