"I wanted to utilize a local company (knowing it's a franchise). They started out good but then the guy coming out for weekly service would spend less than 4 minutes actually doing anything with the pool. Metal shards (from the brush) would be left in the pool and an algae problem developed. They said they treated but then had a hole in the grid causing DE to leak back into the pool so of course they wanted to clean the cartridges and replace damaged ones, not admitting that whatever they had done caused the issues. They also said that the guy was testing the water and when I said my wife watched him service the pool and never saw him test the water (multiple weeks), he said my wife was 'mistaken' and took the techs side. There are too many pool companies out there to settle for poor service and horrible customer service."

"This is the worse pool service that I’ve ever used. These are the photos were taken right after the cleaning technician left this morning. It has been like this for the past couple times and we tried to call to report the issues and ask for a refund or credit toward the next month. However, the customer is even worse. They don’t care about the issues and never solved the problems. Of course, we canceled the service right away and will never recommend this service to anyone. Worse company with irresponsible employees and owner. I wish I could tell everyone to NEVER USE THIS PIN PENNY POOL SERVICE. You will regret and waste your money."
