"After meeting with 6 pool companies and reviewing the plans they developed along with their cost estimates for our future pool, we selected Carnahan’s Landscaping & Pools. We talked with other pool owners in our neighborhood and found many had used Carnahan’s and all gave great reviews. The fact that Carnahan’s is close to our neighborhood is also a bonus. Carnahan’s employs excellent office staff, field operators, etc. Their subcontractors are also professional and work very hard to do a good job. I cannot say enough good things about Jeff Watkins, our sales person and designer. He designed a beautiful pool that fit our yard perfectly. He was available when we had questions, and came by periodically to check on the progress of the building of his design. Due to drainage concerns, he made adjustments to his design to add a platform at the end of the pool with a stair-step wall behind it to make sure water went down to the drains in the side yard, rather than into the pool. The platform and wall turned out to not only be helpful with drainage, but also a great spot for grandkids (and some adults,) to jump from into the pool. Jeff was also in charge of the landscaping across the back fence behind the pool. His design was exactly what I tried to convey. (He’s a good listener!) The landscaping crew, led by Santos, did a fabulous job! The ladies in the front office are wonderful! I really enjoyed getting to know Juanita and Rita who are both so helpful and very nice. Messages left with either of them were handled quickly and professionally. We use Carnahan’s for our weekly pool maintenance and truly appreciate the great job Ben Retzloff does. He is awesome! Carnahan’s is exceptional when it comes to communication. Not only will they respond to your questions or concerns in a timely manner, but they will also keep you informed of the next step in the building process. "We selected Carnahan's for our backyard project because of their ability to handle all aspects of the job which included a pool, pergola, extensive travertine deck/patio and full landscape of the yard. They were involved in every part of the job from design through construction and worked with us to ensure we got the backyard oasis we wanted. The end result is stunning and we are extremely happy with our pool, patio/decking, pergola and landscape. The pool design is beautiful and works with the topography of the yard and includes a spa and fire table. The patio and pergola make being outside a wonderful experience year-round. The landscape design included trees, shrubs, and hardscapes to ensure proper drainage and a gorgeous view. The construction was completed to specifications and the craftsmen were highly skilled and it shows. In addition, we use Carnahan's for our weekly pool maintenance and Ben does a great job with that as well. Juanita and the office team have been very helpful in supporting us after construction was completed.
