"If I could give this company a zero or less it is what they deserve. In the 10 months we have had their services at our home, which we lease (yes before you judge us as renters, our rent is $4700 a month) it has been one issue after another. The owner is rude and condescending with no regard that our rent pays his fees. We have had more "technicians" than we count so attrition is obviously an issue for this company. Their website states they brush and vacuum the pool each visit but we have watched and the walls have been brushed once in 10 months and the pool has never been vacuumed, their trucks do not have vacuum equipment on board. Their remedy to everything is pounds and pounds of shock each week. We actually had to call another pool company out to help us get rid of the algae issue around the rocks. Until we insisted they refused to place tabs in the chlorine tub. The owner Brian actually told me, "this is my pool and I will service it the way I see fit". The owners didn't agree with his statement. He is in for a rude awakening as the owners are moving back from over seas and will unpleasantly surprised with the look of their pool. Unless you absolutely have to, stay far far away from this company."
