Doug did a great job starting from designing the pool realtime with us while sitting in their office, and giving us ideas/options that met our requirements, all the way through managing the construction of the pool so efficiently, which led to finishing the pool in 7 weeks, when a lot of our other neighbors who used other pool builders, were taking more like 8-10 weeks to complete their pools. I am a very picky person by nature of my profession, and Doug was very patient with me and answered all my questions in a timely manner, and helped me stay the course and avoid any unnecessary changes to the design that could have led to additional cost.
