"As everyone else was saying it’s not clean and not good. My experience was quite opposite, everything was cleaned and well maintained. My kids enjoyed a lot. If you have kids under 4 they have separate play area for them and kids 4 and over are welcome to play in the slides. Slides are fun when you follow the rules. Yes, I do recommend full sleeves clothes as you may get the mat burn. They do have private party room and their party arrangements looks really nice."

"Very crowded playground for kids with different types of slides. Your kids will spend some of their energy there. There are several sections for kids of different ages and heights. Our kid eas enjoying the day there. However, two points we found not happy: - a lot of parents violating the no-shoe regulation. They keep walking in the play zones. - the small racing carts: we were told it would not be opened for the whole day. However, many kids were allowed to ride the carts while the guards are there too. Hint: park the car near gate 7 or 8, otherwise expect a long walk."

"Took 3 eleven year old girls to slide, it was loud and packed. We even had to wait in the check in line for our bracelets even though I had purchased our 90 minute time slot tickets beforehand. There was a slight line to get on every slide and we had to hunt down our own slide mats (which are required to slide ). Slides were great- lots of fun! Definitely not a five star experience especially since the girls wasted about 30 minutes waiting for the go karts only to get to the front and be told you have to pay extra for a ride. But if you have a child between the ages of 7 and 10, who is adventurous and loves slides they would absolutely love this place!"

"What a great idea! Remember as kids when we would go down the slide on our bellies? Relive it but times 20! I would buy passes and do waiver online… the line is a bit long. You have to buy specific socks $5 each. Service was good. Lines are long and they have a lot of parties, so be patient. But Alvex, Gabriel, & Matt helped and with a smile. They really made the experience great. The manager, Kim helped find mats when we couldn’t find any. BEWARE that there will be lines. Kind of like a water park. Also, I would wear long sleeve and long pants. I saw a lot of people say they had a carpet burn to their elbows, ankles, or knees. Truly a fun place. For adults and kids alike."

"Visited this place for the first time and it’s a bit over rated. Unfortunately, the experience was not pleasant as expected. The facility was not clean with food on the floor and the tables messy with no care by any of the employees. There is not a place to place your the shoes only in a separate locker with additional cost. We ordered some nachos and it was not deliver until 40 min later and in that type of condition in the picture with stale nachos. The person in the next table was complaining about the food. In conclusion I recommend this place only to take the kids for a quick play but not a place for a birthday party or to eat there. This place needs some attention to operations and better management."
