I would love to write an entire review but I do not think the space will allow me to justify the experience that occurred with this jeweler . SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME go elsewhere."

"This place shouldn’t be open for business the owner old can’t handle any repairs and he doesn’t remember what he is doing. I went there a week ago for watches batteries replacement for 5 ladies watches he told me it will be ready in 2 hours so after 2 hours I went to pick it up it was ready I took the watches so when I got home I was looking at watches one has the battery cover missing so I went back to him so he told me it was there I must drop I told him if it was installed right it come out easy then he told me I need to go downtown to get the cover then I have to charge for it. I said no way I week later I went back it seems he found the cover and he asked me for I refused to pay and I took the watch from him he’s nuts."

"He sells stolen, fake jewelery. And has poor customer service when he sells you the fake goods, claims he is the victim but doesn't want to refund you the money or assistance replacing your purchased goods unless you pay him for the new item."

"I purchased several chains from him. 2 chains were fake sterling silver he never gave my money back said he will only give store credit and he still has the fake chains on display in his store."

"The owner is a goldsmith and claims to source out watch repairs to a watchmaker. Unfortunately, his watchmaker is completely incompetent. I left a watch that was running slow to be regulated here. He returned my watch with a broken o-ring gasket, a missing second hand, unaligned hour and minute hands, a rotor that no longer wound the mainspring, etc. Also, the owner was wearing my watch when I went to pick it up, which is extremely unprofessional. His "repair" cost me $245 to fix."
