"Please never ever give them your jewelry for repair you will be very disappointed. I gave my earrings to switch a lock from omega to European style. My earrings had a lots of gold enough for this little work to do. They took all my gold , removed old lock and added some 10k gold lock , which you can get for $20 on EBay, besides that they charged me $270 for a “ job”. When I came to pick it up earrings and complained they agreed to fix a lock and mentioned that it will cast me a little bit more. They charged me another $50 to finish a job. In the end- it was poorly done job, lock on the one earring wasn’t working good, they steal my gold, overcharged me. If you want to have piece in your mind- find another place to repair your jewelry."
