"Terrible customer service. If I could give 0 star I would. I bought a 14kt “gold” necklace and it turned out to be fake. I tested it at another jewelry store and it turned out to be gold plated…. Biggest rip off I have ever seen, when I confronted the store owner she told me I switched the necklace at home and did not accept the return. Unreal that an established jewelry store that I’ve been going to for years is scamming people left and right."
