Reviews
"They just opened up some new restrooms and renovated a basketball court. Plenty of parking and a pool in summer. It's also located next to a YMCA. The park itself is mostly a playground and a track with lots of grassy area. No shade or tree cover really so theres that. Theres a soccer and baseball field. A good wide open place to fly a kite or host some community sports/ field days."
"Located off of Southcross, this park has a swimming pool, a kids playground, walking trail, ball field, covered basketball court and new public restrooms opening soon."
"My daughter wanted to go swimming but they have rules that take the fun out. No goggles with the nose covered, no beach balls, no floats of any kind, and no hanging on to each other. There are also almost no shade any where except a small little area and no baby area. We were there for 1hr then everyone had to get out for a 15-minute break. We left. We have more fun in our own yard with no pool and a hose."
"We went to this park and loved it from the start. It’s so colorful, fairly clean and it had a little bell, which my toddler loved. The only thing that sucked was that someone shattered a glass bottle right under the climbing dome. Too dangerous so I called 311 and put in a service request. Overall, a pretty chill park to visit. Inspect the playgrounds before letting your kiddos go wild just to be safe."
"My kids love it there. Saw this morning they broke down the old playground to build a new one finally can wait. Playground still stalled was suppose to be finished oct. 31st. Finally getting something done December 12th."
