"I bought a ring a few months ago and a month in one of the diamonds popped out. I was pretty upset. I took the ring to get in fixed. They call me back saying it will cost over 200 to fix. I was really upset at this. These rings are supposed to “last forever” and I did not think it was right of them to try and make me pay that when obviously the ring was defected in some way. I get a call from Richard about fixing my ring-he was rude on the phone. I honestly will never use zales again. My fiancé bought my ring from Kay and it’s been holding up for the past 3 years. No issues. I hate zales and think the quality is trash. Also the customer service was terrible. The people that work in the store were kind and helpful. Not Richard. He was rude."
