"The service that mi fiance and I received was 10 out of 10. Patricia was very easy to talk to, and was very helpful with what we were looking for. We really were just looking around for a ring my fiance liked and were not expecting to buy a ring on the spot. 1000000% recomend coming here and be sure to ask for Patrica."
"I had an amazing experience with Patricia when my husband and I went to upgrade my wedding ring and band. Patricia helped me find a set that I loved and got me the best price possible. Her customer service was excellent and I will be coming back for all of our jewelry needs."

"My visit made me never want to give them my business. They will tell you whatever you want to hear in order to make a sale. I was in a time crunch to get a wedding band in 9 weeks, they were aware of this and told me they needed no more than a week for the estimate and 2-3 weeks for the completion of the ring if I proceeded with the purchase. I was told their jeweler was onsite and my engagement ring would not leave the store. I agreed to leave my engagement ring with the reassurance it would remain on site. I had to insist on getting something in writing prior to leaving the store that they were in possession of my engagement ring. They claimed I would get an email after I left, but I didn’t want to leave it without having something in hand. I got a bit of an attitude with that request, I didn’t think it was unreasonable. After 11 days I called the store to see what was going on with the estimate as I was running out of time. I was told the manager wasn’t in and would call next day. 2 days passed and I called again to be told the manager was busy but my estimate was $2700! There was a ring in case very similar to what I wanted marked at $1300.. I asked for 1 less diamond, less quality to match my engagement ring and 10k vs 14k.. so you’d think it would be less than what was in the case, not more than double. When I said I didn’t want to purchase the ring as the cost was too high, I was told it’s my money I can do what I want. When I said I’d be in later to grab my ring, I was then told it was with their jeweler in Chicago?!?! I started to get upset as I was told it would remain on site. The representative told me only on-site work is resizing or simple repairs. They knew what I was asking for when they claimed it would remain onsite. The representative tried to make it better by telling me it doesn’t get mailed and it’s only handled by rogers and hollands couriers and they do their drops on Friday. I called again Saturday to check on my ring and I was told the jeweler missed his drop and wasn’t sure when he’d be shipping or doing another drop.. shipping?!? I finally reached someone after 2.5 weeks, I believe her name was Jasmin who reached out to the jeweler and was told he would complete his drop Friday by close or first thing Saturday. I asked if I could pick it up from him, but I was told he doesn’t have a store. I called on the promised Saturday at 11 am and was told no ring. I let them know we’d be there at 2pm and my ring needed to be there or cops would be involved since there were many fraudulent promises and at this point had pretty much stolen my ring and I couldn’t get proper answers and I was running out of time. Showed up at 2pm, magically my ring was there. Wasted 3 weeks on my short time for absolutely no reason. Be honest with your customers!"
