"I must admit that I was very reluctant to start a patio project which my husband wanted. The usual concerns of high cost, poor quality work, strangers on property, contractors running off with our money & never coming back...we've all read the nightmare situations on Next Door!! We did our due diligence & chose Fine Patio Design & they did not disappoint. Mr. Walter is the owner & Andrew is the project manager & they stood by their work @ every phase. They have a software program which designed our remodel, based on our ideas & we could see what the project would look like @completion. Easy to add or subtract details we wanted or decided we didn't want. Andrew put all of us on the same text thread, so that we all stayed on the same page at all phases of the project. Every tradesman who was involved worked in a timely manner, were polite, respective of property & cleaned up daily. Tradesmen included tilers, concrete guys, pergola builder, stucco guys, sheetrock guys, interior painter, door & window installers...all very good! Would highly recommend Mr Walter & Andrew @ Fine Patio Design when looking for high quality work to improve the value of your home."
