"Pool design and initial dig went smoothly. The pool and spa are nice. The trenches for equipment were dug in the wrong direction, and the guy doing the work ran over our cement walkway and electrical lines causing lots of damage. The company never took accountability or repaired the damage. Professionalism was lacking. The communication was very poor. We went months not getting a response, or being told something would be done and then being disappointed when nobody arrived to do the work. This took over a year. We kept getting promises about the walkway and water feature being completed. View the photos attached. This was the final product. I wish I was joking. The photos of the rock around the pipe are the back of the water feature. We were told they could not build a structure or grout the rock in because it would cut off our access to the pipes. I’m hiring a landscaper now to help us make this beautiful."

My family had paid for their outdoor pool from another company but it wasn’t as good or affordable as this company. We had our pool built using quartz and from start to finish they looked so in tune with building our pool. They also talked and educated us on what is needed for upkeep in the pool and for small items to buy later on.
