"Well, for starters the servers, depending on the day can be rude. I came one night with friends and had very little to no service during a 4 hour play, we would try to waive them down and as soon as they came , they went. The place is big and very nice, had great music but the customer service, in my opinion, is lacking. I come regularly so I know how good vs. bad service can be and the weekends can be very scarce for food service. I end up having to walk to the bar for my drinks. I know they can be busy and sometimes it's not their fault, but aside from the atmosphere the service should be better up to par."

"Fast Eddie’s has been a go to place for me ever since I started going when the Babcock location was around now I go to embassy and Braun locations. They have always treaded me right and known me by name. I play APA league there and used the pool as a stress reliever and now gotten lots better after playing for 30 years. Fast Eddie’s gives the overall Best customer services to their customers. We appreciate you all and thank you for the greatest times ever."

"Bars come and go, people come and go. Any chance I get I have to stop in for a quick one, maybe more, and a few wings. Sorry “ultra lounges” but just can’t beat a good ole pool hall. All my years at Barney’s before Fast Eddie’s, and now all the years as a regular at FE’s nobody compares to Ellie! Day shift, night shift, busy, not busy, she NEVER misses a beat and mixed a great drink! Remembers faces, names, drinks, and always wears a great smile! Do yourself a favor, stop in!"
