Reviews
"Clean calm pool public pool and bathroom. Lifeguards are vigilant and engaged in the job. The pool is partially shaded on the deep end . They do 15 minute breaks where everyone has to get out of the pool every 2 hours. Pool depth ranges from 3ft to 8ft."
"Great pool and staff/life guards. Clean with 3ft - 8ft deep. Only reason its not 5 stars is because there is a lack of seating so bring your own chair and enjoy the pool! I will def be back"
"It's neverrrrrr open! I've been trying to get in touch with the city but never any answer and the mailbox is full. I called 311 to report it closed since it's not listed as closed on the city website and the woman said "that's really strange, there's no information on why it is closed it should be open 10-5 every day except Thursday" she advised me to call parks and rec but that's the number that is never answered and Ana Campos (whoever I guess is in charge of swimming pools for the city) has a full mailbox. Super bummed."
"Update: Pool is full of water but isn't open- no clear operational hours or summer opening on either websites, nobody answers when you call and no operational hours are listed physically at the location. Not sure if this pool is operational or when (if ever) it will be open to public."
"The city of San Antonio has abandoned this once beautiful pool and it is now a breeding ground for mosquitos and a health hazard for the surrounding residents. Disgraceful."
