"Adison and the group at MG might act professional but its only an act. They were contracted to engineer and build , come to find out the engineering portion of the work was not done. Six months after they were paid in full, the pool started to lift out of the ground. They failed to lift a finger to fix their problem. We were forced to spend $8000.00 to hire a company to fix the foundation. Now we have to sue MG to be made whole. Find a more reputable company to build your pool."

"Was contacted by a rep last week saying they would come by today to provide an estimate since they were working on a neighbors pool as well. Was home all day and no one showed up..no call...nothing."

"If there was a way to give Addison and his band of con artists a zero star rating I would. My company hired MG Pools to install a commercial pool and they used an undersized pool pump. They installed a salt generator that stopped working after a month. They also incorrectly installed the auto fill on the pool. Instead of filling the pool the water went to the parking lot. Undoubtedly they are cheap. But you get what you pay for. We ended up spending $3,500 within the first 2 months of them installing the pool to repair and replace their defective work. Addison will not warranty anything and he will stop answering your phone calls and texts. I will never use them and I urge you not to use them. They do not stand behind their work. Don’t be fooled by their fake pictures online. They didn’t do the work on their website. Their work is shoddy and personnel are shady. Be warned."
