"Have used them since esstside location opened and then closed. Tried the mobile service yesterday and Priscilla was fantastic with our Bailey. They ran a little late but let us know what was happening and showed up at the new time right on the dot. Bailey was taken care wonderfully and recomend them with 5 start. "Have been using them for the past 2 years. Service has declined very badly since their east location closed. Picked up and finished complete service on my dog in the same time going from east to their west location as they would take when their east location was open… so obviously corners were cut in the actual groom time. As soon as they dropped my boy back off they said “he will be shedding a lot since he’s old now”. I guess he aged that much in the 6 weeks since his last visit?? Waste of money as we had to take our dog to another groomer within a week to actually deshed and groom him."

"I started using them and loved their service and how easy it was to get an appointment they were always on time except this most recent time I scheduled for them to come and groom my two dogs and they were a no show, I attempted to call to see what happened but no answered texted them as well and got left unanswered. I have yet to be able to get a reschedule so I went and started looking for another dog groomer service. I wish they would have at least told me why they didn’t show and why my calls are being ignored or not answered."
