"So so disappointed! I reluctantly went back because the owner had offered me a free service because of the obvious. I was asking if they could make good on the offer on one of my other pets and they said no. I completely understood. They worked on my other dog and upcharged me. Ok no problem. I took my other dog a couple of days later and know it became a 10% discount. I honestly dont know how to read this establishment. Obviously there not honest people (owners). And to be fair,its not the employees fault. There just doing what they are told by there sloppy cheap boss. The pictures on the website look really nice. But the truth be said this place is run down. Has cheap dog crates stacked on top of one another, dogs legs easily slid out, and no one verifies if dogs are vaccinated. They honestly dont care. The only thing the owner wants is your money and thats it! I dont understand why people come here when there are so many other options. YES IM ANGRY... Angry because they didn't hold up to what was offered. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and i recommend that you should to! Second time here. To be honest we were happy with first visit. This time was completely the opposite. Lady on the counter recommend a teddy bear cut. Well that's not what my dog got. poor girl looks like the muppet from labyrinth."

"They were great. I walked in and needed a quick groom for my pup. I had about an hour and a half to get him back, and they came thru! They always do a great job, and the price is right!! My dog never looks stressed when I get him back. The staff is super nice to all the dogs. Will be coming back!"
