"Chalet City was awesome when we first moved here; the place was lovely with lots of green trees, little lantern light posts in each yard, and a wonderful accommodating staff that kept the place nice and offered updating help. Unfortunately, the manager passed away suddenly, and the property was sold to some corporation that cared only for making money. There have been several changes in ownership, and it keeps getting worse. At first, the lot rent was reasonable, but now it is outrageous! Now this place sucks but our home is very old and couldn't stand th move not to mention that the lot rent is so high it takes the majority of our income."
