"I'm a realtor and was showing my buyer a property with a pool when Hayden (so sorry if I spelled that wrong) popped in to do his regular servicing. We began asking him many questions as neither myself or the buyer have experiences with pools. Hayden was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He spent time answering all of our questions, giving quotes on what he could, and gave us phone numbers and names to reach out to in office for the quotes he couldn't give us."

"Unprepared and unprofessional. Poor communication, and when the guy said how busy they were, I tried to tell him I understood but got cut off. They'll hand out 82k renovation bids but won't follow up like they say. They may be busy, but they weren't too busy to earn that 1 star review today, though."

"Let's start with our pool being green half the time. It seems they intentionally let the pool turn green in order to charge even more services (ie. filter cleans). In 5 months we've had 3 filter cleanings, and the pool has never been worse. This company does not deserve a 1-Star Review. They deserve 0. To start, the Office Staff (as so many mention) are very rude and unprofessional. They will deny this blaming my wife who merely held them accountable to promises made (can't wait to see that reply), but the truth is - they are the unprofessional ones and would treat her so disrespectfully time and time again. I will not name names, although it has been mentioned in previous reviews, and ownership should really consider hiring new people for the office. In regards to "pool techs" - they cannot keep them and are constantly running around putting fires out, because techs are quitting all the time. At first I had empathy for the supervisors, but over the past few weeks I've realized, this company is beyond disorganized and it's no wonder people do not want to work with them. In all fairness, we have an older, somewhat difficult pool. However, one team member was able to get the pool into shape and keep it there for 2-3 months. The minute she left, everything changed. We did not have techs come out for at least one week we know of, maybe 2, and those that did stayed 5 minutes. Not nearly enough time to add chemicals. We saw this with our own eyes, by the way. And the pool immediately and quickly declined due to the lack of care by this team. Now, I am stuck with a green pool that needs a complete overhaul yet, the minute we fire them they still invoice us. It's hysterical, really. I guess the $800 we forked over last week to get the pool BACK in order isn't enough for them, but I digress. Something to note: the supervisors make promises they never intend on keeping. Intention is the key word here. We were told several times people would be out to help us get the pool back in order after our tech resigned, but they never showed. Instead - they listed things I needed to do for them to do their job, which I did by the way, and still continued to put us off for over a week. When my wife called the office to hold this company accountable, the office manager laid her phone down and refused to listen to our frustrations. That's the kind of company you will be dealing with, should you decide to hire them. I chuckled when I read that review about a supervisor - "always an excuse." Yep, spot on. As a business owner, I wholeheartedly encourage anyone reading this review to find another Pool Company. You will regret hiring Blue Water Pools, I assure you."

"After a few years of procrastination on whether we wanted a pool, we decided to bite the bullet and reached out to multiple pools companies in the DFW area. Out of all the companies that came out, only Scott from Blue Water Pools eased our fears and designed a pool that not only was exactly what we wanted, but within out budget. Scott also brought in engineers to ensure we could build up to our house and had all engineering specifiations appropriate for the build. Every other pool company never mentioned surveys by engineers or gave a design that fit. From the moment we signed, Scott walked us through the entire process, ensuring we picked the materials that had 15-20 year warranty at no extra cost. Scot answered all of our questions and both him and his team were patient and ensured we were kept in the loop all the way through construction. Every single contractor who worked on the project were both polite, professional and treated our home with the utmost respect. Not only did they do a great job on the pool, but upgraded the outdoor kitchen, created a fantastic patio area that will be fantastic for entertaining come warmer weather. They really did create a calming, modern outdoor area for our family. Would I recommend Blue Water Pools to friends and family, absolutely and without hesitation. A fabulous company with integrity being at the forefront of everything they do. Our family loves the outdoor oasis that Scot created and we are so glad we went with Blue Water Pools LLC A big thank you also to Frankie, the foreman who went above and beyond in ensuring we got exactly what we needed. From outdoor lighting to installation of all the entertainment equipment. All I can say is, if you are thinking of building an outdoor oasis, Scott from Blue Water Pools LLC should be the first port of call. You won't need to go anywhere else. "From start to finish, Blue Water has been amazing. Scott drew out what we wanted and took the time to help us choose all of the customizations we were looking for. They got started right away and kept us updated with the timeline. Frankie was awesome, he always asked if we had any questions and explained every step of the process very well so we were in the loop. They got the job done in a timely manner and did it well. It was SUCH a smooth process from start to finish. I’ve heard horror stories about other pool companies and we’re so glad we didn’t choose anyone else but Blue Water because we did not experience anything negative with them at all. Highly recommend!"
