"This is our first pup to be regularly professionally groomed instead of DIY. At the time, I was apprehensive about trusting/leaving her with anyone I didn’t know personally. Claudia & her incredibly well-trained staff thoughtfully answered all my questions and (unprompted by me) even took time to text me pictures of how her first groom was going! In the pic our puppy was happy, relaxed & it was so comforting to see, since we were new clients. Our dog is 18 months now & is groomed by Shear Paradise monthly. She consistently enters the building wagging her entire body the minute she sees the staff. When I pick her up, she is still just as happy & comfortable. For me …that is the true sign of a fantastic & caring groomer. Their patience & kindness extends well past the moments they are in front of the owners. They are back there loving on your furry baby, as if it were their own. The products used are top of the line and our dog’s coat always looks & smells so good! Their boutique carries a nice selection of cute gear, fun seasonally themed toys & honestly the best snacks. We are so happy to have found such a wonderful groomer. Can’t recommend this business enough!"
