"Had Covid-19 booster appointments for yesterday morning. The Pharmacist (Ashish) called us 30 minutes prior to the appointment to inform us that the store had just run out of the pediatric vaccination. I said bummer and kept our two adult appointments (those went perfect, no issues, pretty quick). When we got there, Ashish had already looked in their system to locate nearby Walgreens that have the pediatric booster. He even called ahead to verify with multiple Walgreens that they did in-fact have the enough vials on hand for our kids. Exceptional service by a very busy pharmacist, we feel he went above and beyond."

"Prescriptions.... first they tell me 2 hours be ready....drive back third 2.5 hours now tell me it's not in stock would I like the non generic brand that's in stock. I say yes tells me be ready it 15 20 minutes. I ask why no one told me the original order wasn't in stock and waste my time. No real answer. So I drive back in half hour check on phone 2 times not ready. Go back home check 2 more times on phone no info. So now I insist on talking to someone find out that the script they said was in stock now isn't. I ask again why no one called me? SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED with their service and communication, would not recommend"

"They never have your medication ready when they say they will have it ready at the pharmacy. They also never check insurance correctly and make you waste time. The line in the drive thru always takes 15-20 minutes. Slow and unresponsive to costumer service needs, even when it’s a medication that is vital!"
