"This was my 3rd pool build, but first with Joy, and 1st post pandemic. As I had done the prior 2 times, I worked with several builders for bids and designs before making my decision. One of my prior builders never responded and the other didn't work in my new neighborhood, so this go I worked with two new companies for the bids. Joy's designer, Todd Ashmore was very responsive and listened to my questions and concerns always providing solutions that met my needs. Having done this a few times before, I knew what I liked and didn't like that prior sales people had sold me. I mention that this was the first post pandemic build, as having just finished building a house, I was very aware of material and labor shortages. Not to mention the astronomical price increases, that were all out of the builders control. Keeping all that in mind, my builder contact, Reid Wasson, at Joy did a wonderful job keeping me updated in the building progress. The rainy spring in 2022 didn't help matters any either, so while it may have taken a little longer than previous builds, I always knew what was going on. My pool was completed late last summer, Steve was very responsive to any post build concerns I had, and thwy were addressed to satisfaction often exceeding my expectations to lengths they would go to make sure I was happy. I could not be happier with my pool. I am ready for pool season with no worries in mind."
