"I had ordered a beefhide retriever sticks through Amazon several times. This last time that I ordered them we opened the package up and the smell was horrendous. I found out they are non returnable so I sent an email to Pet Factory of my dissatisfaction of the product and have gotten no response. It is disheartening to see that a company can allow a substandard product to be delivered and then not stand behind the product. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. The retriever sticks were over $28.00 and that is a hard to just let go. So unhappy about the customer service."
