"Went here for adult swim lessons. Easy to sign up and pay online and dedicated area in the pool. Only one week into classes but the person is feeling more confident and was able to practice for a while after the lesson. Clean pool area although there were a LOT of kids on the other side in the play area which I was not expecting in January."
"A clean, safe place to swim. They always have two lifeguards on duty. The place is spotless. The only inconvenient thing is the hours for the leisure pool, but it's because they hold swim classes for the tots. Amazing place and very affordable."
"Absolutely wonderful. Water is warm not frigid cold as another indoor place is. Staff are fabulous. Lifeguards take their job seriously. Another location some of their lifeguards barely watch swimmers. Very clean, staff are knowledgeable, super friendly. On top of it all admission cost is very reasonable. Immediately purchased membership for three. Very impressed!!!"
"I booked a party for my twins 8th birthday with the party room from 12-1. When we arrived at 10:30 to swim we were told *for the first time* that we wouldn't be able to actually swim until 1130 since it was closed to the public for swim lessons. When 1130 came around they said no actually 12. They finally agreed to let us in at 1140. When I booked the party we were told we could come anytime before or after the party room and I also had emailed to confirm days before that our plan to swim at 10:30 was fine and was told yes. The manager was aware of our situation, I asked to speak to her and she never once came to talk to us and relied on the indiviuals at the front desk to play telephone. The "decorations" were nothing but blue table cloths. Thankfully we brought extra plates and Napkins and water because we had to use those too. Disappointing to say the least!!"
