"Do not. I repeat, do not use this company! The company prides itself on customer service and quality. Yeah right! My pool is 2 years old. I spent $150,000 and I already have multiple leaks in my pool. I called the office and asked for the owner, Gene, to give me a shout. The office claimed he would call me for 3 weeks …guess what, he never called! He’s scared to have a conversation about quality and doing the right thing. Imagine, spending that kind of money and the owner can’t even call you back. He hides behind he’s office staff. I’ve had several other pool companies confirm that there is NO way my Pool should be leaking from the auto fill basket, but they won’t even call me back for a discussion. I would NEVER use this company again. They are JV at best. Do NOT be tricked like we were. I’ll continue to share the other problems with my pool in future reviews. TERRIBLE!"

"We used DFW Gene to remodel our old pool. He did this plus added a fire pit and rebuilt the grill area. It looks great and transformed the entire backyard. We love it. Highly recommend reaching out to them to help with your pool."

"I am very dissatisfied with the customer service this company has provided. They are not responsive and have had to "fix" and "fix" and "fix" problems from the start. We have 3-1/2 pages of issues we have encountered over the last 5 months of the pool build. We are finally almost finished (not there yet though), just in time for winter and when asked what they are going to do for us.....nothing. When a customer spends OVER six figures on a pool, WE expect competence and some sort of compensation for all the issues and delay. Because of us, our neighbors built at the same time with DFW pools and have had very similar issues."

"Not up to my standards, but the pool is functionalI, if you are the type of person that is ok with someone using caulk to fix a crack on a new granite counter, then this is your company. Everything is paid upfront; you are left alone and in the dark, once it has water. The company was supposed to tend to the pool for the first bit, have never had anyone come check the pool. ( except for the joke of a pool school as they call it) The decking was 4” short of matching the existing porch, and drawing. with significant gaps between pavers most have been fixed. Paver crew isn’t bad other than, never knowing when they’re going to be here. Chalk line stains everywhere.Plaster left behind on expensive glass tile. Now it looks faded in some places, and covered with plaster.. Now, I’m going to have to pay a professional to clean up the plaster. mud stains on the bottom . I had already had to clean up after construction myself. They were to direct rain water flow around the pool. It is directly in the pool. Still have to clean pencil measuring marks off the stone, and the glue is the worst. I had to clean the house inside and out because of dust. I was told the outside would have been pressure washed on clean-up. It was highly recommended to use Ludder stone; it was a horrible decision; stained and has already cracked. All this and have not even got a final city Inspection yet.Very disappointed. Getting something done after water is in the pool is impossible, probably because everything has been paid. The retainer wall is cracked and falling. I Personally had to show them That they had not poured any other cells when I build the retaining wall. Even though they installed rebar. Met with the owner of the pool company he showed his sub, what to do and They still do not fix it correctly. You personally have to babysit them. You can see by the pictures what kind of work has been done. Promised they would put the fence back if they cut the bracing, and I would never know They removed it. (Welding skills in picture) Not even close. I do have to give props to Derrick as a Forman, I also understand many things are out of his control. The company is only as good as it’s subcontractors.
