"We have been with Noah’s for about a year now. We’ve experienced many different techs. Some have been good some have been really good and obviously care about their work. Today, I watched a tech that hasn’t been here before. I can say this young man may have been the best pool tech we’ve experienced in many years of owning a pool. Once he left I immediately contacted the shop to give him “his job well done” to the company. I was sure someone at the shop had pre tipped him off on some of the unique things regarding our pool. I was surprised and shocked to not only hear he wasn’t tipped off and that he was a NEW EMPLOYEE. Wow, he did an amazing job and was conscientious of the details needed with the pool. So good training, good leadership to understand the leaders intent but most of all GREAT JOB SAMUEL. You did things that took weeks if not a month for other techs to get right.
