If you are one day past it, even if the product is unused and still in the full original package with receipt, you will be told "well, you should have come in yesterday". There are too many options online with places that have better customer service and better return windows."

"I purchased a Polaris 380 cleaner from this location couple days ago. The store general manager Brad (Cunnigham) was very helpful during the transaction. He explained all details I needed to know with the cleaner. He was friendly, kind and very knowledgable with the product. He went above and beyond. I appreciated Brad's help. I later called him and thanked him for his assistance. I am very pleased with the product and service."

"The customer service is okay. They provide free water test like most pool stores do. What I do is to use their test as reference and adjust based on my needs. The prices of equipment and chemicals are much higher than anywhere even with so called "promotion price". It is a good idea to shop online for your hardware if you can wait. You can go to trouble free pool website if you have questions about chemicals. The people there are knowledgeable and very helpful. They are not associated with any pool supplies company and will only tell you what you really need to buy."

"Terrible customer service. Overcharged by not applying advertised veteran's discount. I returned pool cleaner per manufacturer, should have included additional filters and should not have short cycled cleaning, sometimes ran for as few as ten seconds. Leslie's would not replace it five days after I bought it. Salesman said "it would not work in my environment." He was unable to articulate what environment that might be. He had an issue because I had cleaned the impeller, though this is normal, it is in the manual plus I was directed to do so by the manufacturer's customer service. I explained that twice without his comprehension. There was no management in the store and hold times at Leslie's were too long to get the matter resolved."

"wonderful experience this past week. I needed chlorine and stopped by after work.. I recently had surgery and unable to pick up anything heavy. I was determining how I was going to ask the gentlemen to please bring this to my car.. I never got a chance. The assistant manager volunteered to bring it to my car. The Bonus was that he made sure it was all secure and then waited to open the car door for me to get in and close it also. Customer service at its finest."
