"If I could give zeros stars, it still would be too many. If you are thinking you will save money by using this company, DO NOT DO IT!! You absolutely will not save money. I hired them to replaster my pool. They were off and on with poor or no communication. Then they plastered and did not use the correct amount of dye so my pool is the wrong color. I told them they were doing the wrong color but the problem is that they did not know how to use the product. Next, they don’t tell you up front that they don’t do any brushing or chemical restart. And that is a big deal. It’s expensive to hire someone to do this and it’s important that it’s done right. Next the pool is rough. There spots that feel like walking on sharp rocks. There are white stains everywhere. We have brushed for weeks and still have stains and rough spots. Then, when they cleaned up, they put plaster down my yard drainage. I’m paying to have that unclogged too. At the end they took my money and disappeared. I have not contacted them because I cannot deal with their unreliability and destruction anymore. Whatever their answer to this review may be, they did more than a poor job. They gave me more problems than those with which I started. Do not try to save money. You will be sorry. 6/6/23 - I need to add that when your plaster is done poorly, it is susceptible to black algae. We’ve had repeated problems with it now."

"I was waiting to write this review because of how impressed I am. first, I was on vacation while my pool got remodeled+ plastered and I cant explain to you how stressed and worried I was. However, Patty was really helpful making this easy on us. I will start with the very first visit to get a quote, patty came to our place after working hours so me and my wife can be there and discuss pool remodeling project, she showed us samples and explained all the differences between each of them and helped us chose what's best for us and our budget. on top of that we discussed a possible remodeling options and how its done. The pricing was really competitive and fitted our budget perfectly while doing everything we need to do to our pool. later on we had to delay our project many times for many reasons but Patty was really understanding and helped us all the way. My mother in law was staying at our place while we were on vacation and she said it was a hassle free project. they where on time and finished on time with an amazing results. the full project took 3 days only. Patty never failed to impress as she helped us also to find someone to fix our pool equipment and do the start up cleaning in a very busy season. Thank you guys for all the hard work and I will defiantly do business with you every time."
