Reviews
"The place is primarily for residents and their guests. The place is amazing. It has a big area of splashpad as well as a deep pool and "gradually deeper" pools. The locker room is very underwhelming with barely any space to change clothes. The membership is $75 for the season. I bought their gatorade for $3. It was a tiny bottle with 12 oz. Let me tell you, that costs less than 70 cents when you buy a 12 pack. This is a facility for families. Either give us a bigger bottle or lower the price. 12 oz will not help with the thirst in the weather. All of the staff are very young people. They are nice but they have very bad communication skills. "I don't know." "I don't think so." and they never think to say, "I don't know the answer to that but let me ask my supervisor.""
"Please update on Google search that this place is not open for the public. Is only for residents. We just search up splash pad and it says open to the public once there we realized that it was just for residents. Please update to not make the drive."
"The splash pad and pool look way cool! However I did not know that you had to be a resident of Trophy Club to visit it. My 3 year old and I were turned away. We are used to Doubletree Ranch Park in Highland Village where all are welcome."
"Great fun environment. The paid private reservation logistics for the splash needs some improvement. As for non-residents complaining about not being able to go, just stop. This place gets very busy with just residents alone on summer weekends. The last thing we need is hundreds of more people from surrounding cities flooding the area and creating chaos."
"Grandkids love it! Very nicely done. Pretty unique with the boats & such. To Amy who wants it to be available to others in the area: others do NOT pay the taxes it took to build & maintain the pool. In addition, how crowded do you think it would get? Others can go to a commercial water park/pool. It's also unfair to give it a single star based upon you wanting others to be allowed in. Hey, I want the cheap membership price to workout at the Roanoke recreation center but not going to happen & I wouldn't ruin their review because of it."
