"Llano Springs is a great community in Fort Worth. If you’re looking for entertainment close to downtown, eateries, and shopping. This is a jewel. Reach out to me if you’re in need of a realtor that’s native to the city."
"This Mcneighborhood is an eyesore. The neighborhood is clearly congested. The streets are horribly narrow. I feel sorry for the residents here having the need to traverse through streets that look to be about 10 ft wide max. Looks like some greedy builders just smashed homes 5 ft apart and with the slogan of theyll buy what they say well buy! The neighborhood looks like something out of a medieval city. People drive cars now not horses. How does one safely drive or exercise on the tiny roads? Housing sizes and quality look like they mixed together Westover hills with the worst homes in stop six. Clearly mixing nice homes with rental homes. This neighborhood is disrespectful. I also blame the fort worth zoning office. This is one of many mcneighborhoods going up."
"Neighbors are the friendliest in Fort Worth. Horrible HOA management. Monthly pay goes up and rarely goes down below $70 without improvement of amenities. Doesn't resolve common issues such as rude neighbors being neglectful of belongings. Lawn mandates are highly being enforced even on rainy days. Doesn't reply to any emails, forcing you to go to the office instead. The justification for the three stars is the friendliness and support from neighbors facing the same issues."
"We love living here. The neighbors really care and it is in a great location."
"It's a good location and fairly quiet. Located near shopping and easy access to the highway. But property raxes tend to be high."
