"Overland Bond is one of the most frustrating companies I’ve ever dealt with customer service wise. They are very unhelpful and frequently angry and rude. I understand that they have a frustrating job but I’ve never had a single person answer the phone politely. My issues with the company have nothing to do with their policy, protocols or anything besides their customer service skills. The staff could greatly benefit from training in customer service and emotional regulation. Katie, Johnny & Mike are the only people who have ever treated me with an ounce of respect or politeness on the phone and this review does not apply to them. Kim is okay. I’m not ever sure if they still work there. You can tell everyone hates their job. I also will admit that I try my best to start off as polite but I somehow always end up in a terrible mood after dealing with these people. The best thing they ever did for me was to sell my loan to another company so I could rid myself of them."

"Worst Loan Company To Loan With, Rude Customer Service. Wouldn’t Grant a Week Grace To Make A Payment After Being Due. The Speak To As If You’re A Child In HS. DONT LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY! Most Other Loan Companies Give You Couple Days Grace Period Before Repo Or Turning off your vehicle! 1/10 Stars."

"COMPLETE FRAUDS !! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. Customer service reps Emmanuel, Patricia, Mikayla and Johnny Page think they make final decisions before even consulting with the directors of the company. Paid over $20,000 now they claim they keeping the vehicle after agreeing to settle after a second repo. Not once did they offer to refinance nor defer a payment after submitting endless docs to show proof of hardship (passing of my husband/ being homeless) Johnny Page loss mitigation manager or whatever he claims to be is requesting funds be certified to settle the account but unable to provide title the same day funds are received. They are refusing to accept payment over phone with cc knowing they will still wait 2-3 weeks to release tittle, same time it takes for payment to clear. They look for anything to try and screw the customer over. Mind you, I worked for the company in 2016.They are even refusing to provide payment ledger which was requested via phone, was told I would receive it in a few minutes still nothing has been received. Now legal actions have to be taken. I refuse to let these crooks keep something I worked so hard to keep. AGAIN DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY"

"This company is honestly the worst place to ever get a Car loan from, rather your credit is good or bad is just the worst. In the beginning 4 yrs ago the people were plain rude. During COVID with no job and no income they wouldn’t wait not even a day when they had already turned off my truck. And now that I am done after talking to so many agents I still owe! Worst place seriously I will NEVER recommend any friend or family here EVER!"

"THIS COMPANY IS PATHETIC! They charged me 25$ because they took 7 days to take the payment out of my account and I was 2 CENT ! Short! I spoke with the manager she was SOOOOOO RUDE ! she didn’t want to hear my situation nor help. They harass you if you one day late. CHRISTINA SCOTT IS HER NAME.. so unprofessional!"
