"This review is for Tammi lile. On Monday the 8th the guy that was suppose to show up never did, we know this because we have cameras in our back yard. Then it rained, after the first bday of raining My aunt called and told them that the water was turning green. She got no response, she continued to call all week. Monday comes along the guy shows up and calls my aunt and tells her, he is going to have to drain the pool. She told him he better have the owner called the owner either called or text and told my aunt it would be 1200 to fix what they have done. The pool now is almost pitch black and still no call back. Wish I could show you a picture."

"Carlos is a nice guy and his crew members were always nice and respectful, however, the workmanship of his crew is poor and the communication with customers is lacking. The crew showed up at our house to begin our remodel without us even knowing they were coming. They just showed up one Saturday to begin our remodel. Carlos told us during the construction that his crews are not paid by the hour. They are paid by the job and the day they were working on our pool, they still had another job to get done that same day. This may partially explain why the workmanship is so poor, because the workers were rushed. The tile around our pool is not level and there is a huge grout line above the tile that looks very bad. We didn't realize what good workmanship our original pool builder had until we saw the work that Diamond Pools does. Before we chose our plaster color, I asked Carlos if a dark plaster would mottle and he said no. But sure enough the plaster did mottle and we had boot marks in the bottom of our pool from the workers walking on it before it was dry. Carlos had his guys do a super strong acid wash in an attempt to correct the mottling. Initiallly the mottling seemed to go away, but eventually it returned to it's original condition. And the acid wash left part of the plaster etched and rough. Carlos also assured us that the mortar in between the flagstone on our spa spillway would not wash out. But less than a year after the remodel was complete, the mortar had washed out badly. Carlos did honor the warranty, and after several communications from us, he had his crew come and replace the washed out mortar. We cannot recommend Diamond Pools due to the unprofessional result we have with our pool tile and plaster."

"I used them for serval years and they were a good company to deal with. Raised my price a couple times which i suppose they get away with but shouldn’t with constant clients. My problem was that after the big freeze last year they charged me $96 to come and give me an estimate ( 2 others where free) I figured being a good customer that was not necessary since people i had no business didn’t charge me. After that I found a new company to give my money to."

"I had an electrical problem with my pool filtration system and was hoping for timely assistance. Carlos responded within 20 minutes. He helped me diagnose the problem over the phone and via text. I was able to fix the problem the same day and Carlos asked nothing in return. The service was so good, the least I could do was send Diamond Pools a small check and write a great review!"

"Diamond Pools is great!! We have recently purchased a house in N Fort Worth and were searching for a pool company. I had several phone conversations with other companies, and left many messages with no return call. Diamond Pools answered the phone, Carlos was VERY professional, personable, treated me with respect, answered tons of questions and put me at ease. They came and serviced pool, checked equipment, and thoroughly cleaned pool and filters. They did such a great job we have them come once a week! Owning a pool is so uncomplicated with Diamond pools at the helm!! PLUS the price for cleaning is lower than most. Great company, we are happy!!!"
