Alan gave us step by step information before and during purchase of our pool. Steve was always in contact with us before and after specific jobs were completed on site. All the staff involved are hard workers and really care about the pools they are creating. We recommend Premier Pools if they want a stress free experience to an investment to their home. We started swimming shortly after and really love our decision."

"I can't stress how easy, fast and stress free this experience was. Visited JT at Premier in December, started digging January 12th and was sitting next to the pool with a beverage on February 24th. Outstanding customer service and support from the Project Manager Jay and initial care and maintenance from Will... Every crew that was sent to our home was always respectful and professional. Could we have gone with a cheaper price? Maybe, but I'd probably be staring into a 30 foot hole for 6 months. The wife and I have ZERO complaints, gripes or regrets. During our first visit, Anna thoroughly explained the process and timeline, listened to what we wanted in our backyard oasis and created the perfect design keeping us within our budget. Excavation day was exciting as we saw our vision come to life! All of the crews were polite and professional. Jay was frequently on site to oversee each step and addressed any questions we had along the way. As inexperienced pool owners, we had lots...and I mean LOTS of questions about operating the equipment and Will has been so patient with us...even when we need something explained to us for the third, fourth and fifth time! PP&S truly takes care of their customers every step of the way. We would give 10 stars if we could!"
