"If there were negative stars this location has earned it. First, seems like no one knows anything in this store. If it’s not their department they don’t know or simply care. I was looking to simply match an “ Item “ with the price Home Depot was offering it at. The customer service girls were very unhelpful and did not seem to care which is when I asked for management. Danny the store manager came and refused to match an item stating it has to be the same brand?? I explained to him they don’t offer the same brands and it clearly states Lowe’s would match with the price with the identical “Item.” Not brand But he refused. Stating he is more concerned with an Audit rather than stand by company policy. Bottom line is that he and his staff had the “I don’t care” attitude which is why I will no longer be shopping at Lowe’s. Home Depot has earned a customer for life and I will continue to express my displeasure with anyone and everyone."

"Should be zero stars. I bought a V20 StickVac Craftsman on Jan 17/24. The store shelf where the vac was located had a in store made flyer attached to it that stated a free spare 1.5 amp battery came with it. The battery would be located at checkout. When we got there we were told there were none left. I was to go over to customer service. At customer service my name and number was written in a book and a note on my receipt stated I didn’t get the battery. When no one contacted us after the time frame stated to us it would come in we went back today to inquire/get the battery. Customer Service head cashier said no one knows anything about it, couldn’t find the notebook, didn’t know the handwriting on my receipt either, so she said the clerk that sold me the stickvac at customer service must have made a mistake. She called over another manager and he told us you cannot come back to get the battery once you leave the store! After all that his was worst customer service I ever experienced. I was advised I still had time to return the vac. I wouldn’t have bought the vac if I didn’t want it. They could have made it right by offering us the same 1.5 amp battery in your Craftsman drills. YOUR STORE MANAGER SHOULD BE ASHAMED. I tried calling the number you gave me below 9 times. It is for service on the product you buy. Not customer service! Please send correct number or email address."

"Ordered a freezer online and I picked it up the very next day. Great price and super quick service. The girl at the pick up counter was very helpful and nice. The employee who helped me load it up in the truck was very helpful and I appreciated his help."

"Went to our local Lowes and was treated very well. Joe in the plumbing department was wonderful, answered all of our questions and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Everyone was very helpful and helped with all of our needs. If I could give 6 stars I would."
