"I just can’t say enough about our group’s stays at this home! It is just BEAUTIFUL!! The beds & furnishings are top notch! Like most places that we visit (ESPECIALLY one with a pool or on the river) guests provide their own towels - which I’m thankful for! I’m not one to enjoy using a pool/river towel after a shower! This is especially true when we have the families with really little kids! As for cleaning supplies, the broom & dust pan are in the closet. The dish soap, hand towels & extra cleaning supplies - who doesn’t travel with this, with Covid, etc? I’m thankful that any fridge that I put contents in is clean …. Yes it may not be at correct temp for a while, but use common sense. All beverages go on ice in coolers & cold food in the fridge …. This is basic! I would DEFINITELY recommend this lodge to any group! Five stars …. SEASON TO SEASON!!"

"This place is amazing ! The house had it all and it was spotless. The fully furnished kitchen was perfect for our large group. We've been going to the Frio for 30 + years and this was by far the best rental we've stayed at. Highly recommend."

"The house was gorgeous and spacious, it fit everyone comfortably! We loved the back patio area, it was perfect for grilling and hanging out after a day at the river. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots and pans you’d need to make a big breakfast to start your day, and all the beds were so comfy. Everything was clean and in great condition.We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!"
