"We were married in our room in front of the fireplace 2 days before Christmas with just our children present. Deanne went above and beyond FaceTiming me showing me which room to book for our special day, including walking around the whole outside of the hotel to show me beautiful areas to get some pictures. Also, we had Rose as our bartender for the 2 days we were there. Such a wonderful person with a great personality… always made sure we were well taken care of. We had never been to Geneva and just loved the quaint hotel and city. Would definitely go back again and enjoyed the turn down service !!"
"My husband surprised me with a weekend getaway for my birthday to the Herrington Inn & Spa. It was absolutely fantastic. It was the perfect getaway only 45 minutes away from home. We booked the Herrington Suite which was an end unit that had a whole living room area. We ate dinner at the restaurant on-site and it was delicious. At night they deliver milk and cookies for you which was a special surprise. Overall, this place was amazing and I would definitely come back."
"I spent this weekend at the Herrington Inn & Spa to celebrate my 50th birthday with my girlfriends and I'm so glad I did. The staff were all very friendly, nice and competent. I loved the cookies and milk that were dropped off each night and waiting for me when I returned to my room. The lobby and bar area was inviting and cozy. The Atwater restaurant was delicious, both lunch and dinner. The continental breakfast was also more than expected and full of delicious foods. I had a facial and a massage at the spa, which were also amazing! My ONLY complaint is that I filled my whirlpool tub without turning on the cold water and it still was only warm and not hot. This also happened to three friends in their tubs as well. I thought maybe it was due to time of day, however 2 of us tried at 11am and another tried at 11:30pm and someone else tried at 3pm."
"My wife and I received a couples package to stay here for our birthdays. Everything about our stay was wonderful. Our package included massages at the spa, and it was terrific. The spa staff were outstanding. The rooms are quaint and clean with great views of the river. Every single member of the staff were a joy to deal with. Everyone working here is genuinely nice. The restaurant on site is wonderful too (I'll review that on its own.) We will definitely return."
