"The people at the front desk both at night and during the day are very friendly and accommodating. We booked a room with a Jacuzzi tub and it was amazing!... The pressure was great and only took a few minutes to fill and the water got extremely hot... Perfect for warming the water back up until it was time to change it out."

"Friendly staff. The rooms were clean, free hot breakfast on the weekends. Pool and hot tub on First floor. If you're in the area I would recommend this place. I will stay again, if I'm in the area."

"Met cousin for a girls weekend. Great location. The town of Geneva is fabulous! Easy to find. Nice breakfast all 3 mornings. Hotel was busy but not noisy at all. Nice to have a no pet option. I have major allergies and this is getting harder to find. Beds were comfortable. A little harder but firm. Shower could have been warmer but it wasn't cold."

"The King Junior Suite didn’t match the pictures online when I booked at all. When I asked the front desk said yeah that’s not the right room but didn’t do anything about it. When we arrived for the wedding and went to book the shuttle the front desk told me that it was 20 dollars per person per trip and showed us a sign that said if you book using a 3rd party you have to pay that. We booked on your website, not a third party site. Still charged us and pretended that’s what 3rd party meant. I know what 3rd party means, that’s Expedia, Priceline, etc. The guy at the front desk said he was upgrading us for the confusion to a King Junior Suite. That’s what I booked, there was no upgrade. Later that day they changed the sign to say if we didn’t book during the wedding block time we were getting charged. Hiding the evidence so I can’t discuss it with a manager, not cool. So #1, we booked online and nowhere did it ever say this charge was extra. We only found out when we checked in. #2, still got charged even though the sign they had up was wrong. #3, telling me you’re upgrading me for the hassle and pretending I didn’t already book the suite is ridiculously dumb. Just overall not an experience I’ll forget. I travel for work and am a Hilton Diamond member and honestly never would’ve been treated this way at any of my usual hotels. Only stayed here for a wedding. Never again to be honest."

"Very friendly staff. When you first walk into the lobby, you'll see a dispenser with iced lemon water, which is very nice when you're stumbling in after a sweaty work day. The condition of the room was decent. I had no problems with cleanliness. It was an overall great experience."
