"I'm very upset about my last purchase w this store. Ive Bought several other times from the actual store in arnold over time but this time I called and spoke with Stacy and placed my order on the phone based upon what I was viewing online while on the phone with her. I ordered the mom tree for mother's day and a shirt. She was out of black bleach like pictured online for the shirt and suggested coral color so I asked the design has coral flowers will that look good ok together,she tells me yes so I agree and get there to pu lastnight and my mom tree says mama (not like online which says mom) and you can't see much of the coral flowers on my shirt. The girl working at the time is completely clueless and not trained to do any work from what she stated text Stacy about my item. Stacy agreed to remake the tree for pu today. I called this a.m to confirm it was ready before driving all that way and spoke to her in regards to the shirt and the attitude and crabbiness in her voice was the most unprofessional small business owner I've ever experienced. She asked why didn't her worker tell her about the shirt lastnight through text.? I stated im unsure but my whole order was awful and I even stood there crying her words to me was" I have to check the camera to verify that." Wth kind of service is this line of customer care. Never again will this place get my business."
