"I went here because my mother gotten good service here in the past. I on the other hand was not so lucky. I took in a ring for a simple downsizing and it looked terrible when i got it back. I took it back and the attempt to fix it is even worse. At this point I'm afraid to even have them touch it again!"

"I been going to Ray's for years. For repairs and buys jewelry and cleanings. This time I took a tennis bracelet in that needed a new clasp. At first I was told they could not help me because they did not have anything that would match up. But the lady was under standing when I told her it was a gift from my husband and all I wanted to do was be able to wear it. So she took it and told me she would see if there was anything they could do. They text me asking if I would be fine with the clasp they came up with and I told them that would be perfectly fine. I don't think they changed me for the clasp only the work. I was vary have with the job they did on it. Came out really nice for it not matching up. Five stars from me all the way."

However, it was unfortunate that there was only one staff member attending to customers. Although the store had an alluring charm, we wished for more attentive assistance during our selection process, as the staff member seemed preoccupied with other tasks. Overall, we were enchanted by the shop's offerings and its pristine atmosphere. The slight lapse in service, due to limited staffing, did not diminish our appreciation for the store's overall appeal."
