Even answered extra questions about grain free vs grain. I immediately came home and my sassy lil corgi devoured Austin's suggestion. Lifesaver! Thank you!!"

"I live 2 minutes from this store and go in every week. I bring my two toy poodles and the staff is always so nice to us. The prices are comparable to the “bigger box stores” and I like that they email and mail me coupons to use. The selection of products is great and I love that they have a “self service” grooming station in the back of the store. It is much cleaner than other self-service dog wash places nearby and also CHEAPER. If you are a member of their rewards program they offer discounted packages / stamp cards for the dog wash station and it ends up being even LESS! One of the employees, Kelly, is always at the front register and is so friendly! She remembers me and my pups and is so kind. All of the employees are great but Kelly has become a “friend” and I appreciate how she gives my dogs lovings and attention. I really like how I can bring my dogs here to practice “social” training in a public place and they don’t mind. I of course make a purchase when I do this but my dogs love coming here! I also like that they hold events for pups and discounts on different things (like nail trimming days) throughout the month. This place is my go-to for all my pet needs."

I had my one year old with me, and when I was returning my cart, another team member met me halfway and took my cart in. I have never experienced customer service as good as that!"
