"Staffing shortages happen. When your service sucks for 6+ months that's not a "shortage" that's a systemic issue."

"Friendly service has been received each time I have visited this pharmacy. The pharmacist Jason has always been professional and takes time to answer my questions. I used a different pharmacy previously and switched because of the better service at this location. Plus super convenient being inside of the target store."

"I agree with them being out of stock of many Rx with a couple days of lag time until the get them in. Their prices are are also some of the highest in town. The prices often change for no reason and have no explanation until your insurance deductible is satisfied. God help you have a controlled substance to refill on a month with 31 days."

"This pharmacy is so slow. I called something in yesterday, they told me it was in stock but it would take an hour. I understand they get busy so I told them not to worry about rushing it and I would be in the next day to pick it up. 24 hours later and they say "oh we're still working on it" and then I wait 40 minutes for them to finish. How does it take that long if I had already called it in? I've also received some bad customer service from one tech repeatedly when calling in refills or asking if something had been filled. I've never been so frustrated with a pharmacy before over just picking up and filling prescriptions."

"Terrible customer service today. They told me prescription would be ready in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I get in line and around 10 mins later I get to the register and they tell me "one more minute". So I step aside and immediately they tell me its filled...and proceed to check out the customers that were behind me in line. Not one of the three techs working came to the 2nd register to check me out, so I had to wait in line once again. Get to the front again and they tell me they are having computer issues. I go pay for all my groceries (which have all thawed out by now) and wait in line AGAIN before I get my prescriptions. The entire time theyre laughing and joking with other customers and never once apologized for the nearly hour wait. I will be getting my prescriptions filled at CVS from here on."
