"I have been shopping here for years. The quality of the items have gone downhill in the past 2 years. I bought a baby seat yesterday and it was disgusting. I saw a few dog hairs on it and figured I could clean it at home. When I got it home I realized it was chewed up and the amount of pet hair on it was absurd. The fabric was so dirty and stained that even cleaning didn’t make it usable. This item should not have been accepted. It was not gently used, it was garbage. Several times this past year I have come across items that were clearly not washed before donated. Years ago, I could go in knowing that items were usable/wearable, now that is not the case."

"They bought 27 items including new and never worn boy cleats and I only received $35. That's a rip-off. They weren't very friendly to me either. Smh."

"Went to this location immediately after I went to a different location to see if they wanted anything that the previous passed on due to inventory. I get there and it takes over an hour for them to even look at my bags. They then make a huge deal and spectacle of smelling every. single. item. The lady then tells her coworkers about an "odor" and has someone go through it again with gloves. Then they parade it around in front of the other customers and tell even more co-workers about it. Mind you I'm standing there and no one has said anything to me. When I get my stuff back they said it needs to be freshly laundered before they look through it again because of the "cat smell". Mind you I just came from another location that didn't say ANYTHING and bought some of my stuff. This location is ridiculous and everyone is on some kid of a high horse. By the way, had someone smell the clothes. They said it only smelled like Dreft and the scent from the trash bag."

"If you haven’t been here, need to get here! The selection is awesome and the brands on trend. I got easily 20+ pieces from J. Crew, Zara, Columbia, Gap, and Carters for less than $50, all in mint condition. With a toddler boy, choices are limited and they grow so fast that I tend to have a hard time finding stuff and when I do, it’s barely worn for one season and then doesn’t fit. The beauty is that once he has worn it once, it’s too small, and I need more clothes, I can usually sell most of it back! Finally, it’s clean, the staff is friendly, and they offer points towards percentages off! A++"
