"Nathan Woods doesn't appear to have good follow through with its clients. I call from an add on Craigslist. He stopped by but was unable to add freon to my system because he didn't have the correct tools. Mr Woods stated he had another client Monday morning, he stated he would schedule me after that. Monday morning I texted him 8:10am confirming our Monday appointment, he replied "confirmed". At 1:51 p.m. I texted him asking what his ETA, no response. I waited 4 days before writing this review."
