"Reading is fundamental, so i did waste my own time, but this location helped as well. I came in to pick up an online order, and I saw a kiosk for pick up but was unsure how it worked. Only two associates and 5 customers, including me, when I walked in. No one greets you, and all seem pretty friendly once your turned to be helped. But I waited 30 minutes just for an associate who must've been getting off break or lunch to come in and assist a GROUP of people who literally walked in 15 minutes after me because they said, "excuse me can I get help." So, I, the customer who should of been next intercepted, and I can tell I caught her off guard. Her coworkers who were on the floor the entire time should have informed her that I was next but didn't so I can tell I startled her when i addressed her. I haven't had any other bad experiences here so after this time I probably will stick with my usual kays location off Lindbergh. Even though this is the only local outlet location. Overall my order was not there and the text was informing me that it was en route to the store and not at the store. Oops. But I'm dreading going back, so I should've just gotten delivery. Ugh. Update: went back a Laura was great. She ended a phone call professional to help and was pleasant."

There was a slight mixup with the order, but Dylan was there to fix it asap and make sure we were satisfied. We ended up going to Kay's in Chesterfield just to work with Dylan for our next purchase.
