"Wonderful store and very helpful staff! My husband bought a 75 gallon fish tank, stand, filter and lots of items for the tank. After getting home and opening the box for the stand he realized one of the boards was damaged. He called this store and they went above and beyond to get the replacement board. (Including driving to a different PetSmart store to pick up the new stand because we bought the last one at their store)The next day he realized that the filter he bought wouldn't fit on the tank so he took it back. Not only did the employee help us with the return he also helped us pick out the new filter and he opened the box and showed us how to install it! I absolutely recommend this store to every pet owner!"

"Stopped in here during a big storm Monday evening. The employees were incredibly nice, personable and caring. We had just picked up a 13 week old bernedoodle and was taking her home. We fed our pup inside the store and then stretched our legs. We were just passing through, but will definitely keep this store in mind. Great people!"

"I was Completing a doordash however pets mart was welcoming at the door also helpful as I was greeted at the door by a nice woman at the register she also asked if help was needed or picking up a order she immediately grabbed the order I was picking up in a timely fashion. I was in and out as service was also on point making my experience overall great"
